Prospectivus shares the conception of a Sovereign State as a legal entity represented by a centralised government that has sovereignty over a certain geographical territory and complete control in decision-making in the public management process.

For the company, the goal is to achieve control of sensitive information for decision-making of sovereign states and the protection of its common population from massive control mechanisms that distort and manipulate consumption patterns and forms of collective manifestation.

If the governments of Ibero-America, a pole of geopolitical shifts, take on the challenge of incorporating, the use of information technologies and operational control of processes—both in Public Management and in State decision-making—under innovative technological schemes independent of those established by default worldwide, a new inclusive management model is possible. One exercised by sovereign efficient governments and committed to the greater common good of their population, the environment, and the World's population.

Placing public actors and companies in control of the Internet as well as in the capacity to face the challenges that cybersecurity and technological independence entail in the Ibero-American region as elements that support the sovereignty of the States, is another important goal of the company.
